Yoga in Muskoka

Sunkosi Yoga offers a haven for those on the journey of self-discovery through the practice of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga tradition focusing on the physical body using postures (asana) and cultivation of the breath (pranayama) to evoke deep relaxation and enhance the mind-body-spirit connection.

A form of active meditation utilizing the soothing rhythm of the breath, regular yoga practice helps to release tension from the body and quiet the chatter of the mind. In the the stillness of yoga, we can move beyond the "busyness" of daily life and venture within to experience our true nature.

Hatha Yoga Practice
Tuesday Evenings
6:30 -8:00
Some yoga experience preferred.
